: (1) According to this Act, the penalty to be filed by the decision made by the inspector shall be filed in the relevant office within thirty-five days from the date of such decision.
(2) If the amount of fine is not filed within the period as per sub-section (1), such amount shall be collected by the office or officer designated by the Government of Nepal as a government debt in accordance with the prevailing law.
